hmmm...

I can't really write a review for this game, because it kind of isn't a game, and that's a problem. This is a nice tech demo, but I'm not to impressed. How the hell is this entertainment? Also, tech demos don't belong on Newgrounds. I'm sorry, but no stars for you.

....

One of the greatest flash movies is now in game format. I am stunned. You are amazing.

review of Music in Motion

Platformers have set a reputation. Music games have set a reputation. So what happens when you mix two amazing experiences into one? You get music in motion, one of my all time favorite Flash games.

The concept is quite interesting: why hasn't anyone else thought of a rythym based platformer? This remarkable concept helps the game alot. I give concept 5 points.

Lets talk graphics. the game looks great, with a clean, colourful look. However, The player character reminds me too much about stick figures, and sticks are pretty low. but still, the graphics get a 4

music and sound. There are no sound effects, which I commonly find a problem. But, this is a good thing, because now there is nothing to get in the way of the fantastic music. Coolionatio selected great music for this game. Sound and music gets a 5.

The big one: Gameplay. The game is the most goddamn motherfucking fun game ever. The gameplay has huge variety, from avoiding an obstacle course that is actively being mad by the music, or stomping on a guy's head, the game gives you alot of gameplay options. My only complaint is that the game dosn't let you choose which game to start on after you beat it. Overall, Gameplay gets a 5.

Overall, you must play Music in Motion.

Thing Thing 2 review.

My love of the Thing Thing series is well known, so much so that Thing Thing Arena 3 is the first game I ever reviewed. The original Thing Thing was amazingly well recieved, so what does Weasel do? He makes a sequel.
Sadly, it sucks.
First lets talk story. Here's what I got out of my head: Thing Thing is under attack by zombies, who are controlled by the bio weapon Zeus, So Thing Thing goes to kill it.

Yeah. 0 points.

Now lets talk graphics. Gone is the interesting art style of the first, in replacement of a new, more realistic art style. However, I don't consider this a huge problem. The blood is better, and the guns are full of detail. I give art 3 points.

Next, music and sound. The sound is fine, but the music was horrible. I muted the gamewhile I was writing this. It's repetitove, and dosn't really fit Thing Thing. Still, the sound FX are great. Overall, I give music and sound 2 points.

Gameplay's next. The gameplay is the only OK part about the game. Blowing enemies to pieces with a huge variety of guns is insanly fun, and the guns recoil, adding a nice challenge. However, the AI is stupid as hell, following you straight into traps. Also, there is an annoying stamina bar that limits running, jumping, and close range combat. Overall, Gameplay gets a 4

Overall, Thing Thing 2 is a dissapointment.

4/10
Note: Please do not rate my review poorly because you like the game. This is my opinion.

review of Prismatica

prismatica is a simple game where you have to click the red ball.
Presentation: The Graphics are colourful and simple, like everything else. The song is nice, especially since it's by the god that is Gunshy. Overall, Presentation gets a 9
Gameplay:The gameplay, as most things about the game, is simple. click the red ball, don't click the other colours. However, there is a Huge amount of slowdown for older computers, such as a SyncMaster 763MB. Overall, gameplay gets a 6.
Overall: If you want a nice simple game, Prismatica is a decent experience. 8/10
Note: I got to level 50 in 2 minutes. Ended up at level 147. Yeah, it's addicting.

Review of supersoldier

supersoldier is a side scrolling shooter that is rated E in which you go back and forth controlling and protecting territories.

Presentation: This game has absoulutely perfect in presentation. The music loop is great, and the graphics are in classic Dan Palidan style. Overall, Presentation gets a 10

Gameplay: The gameplay, which is in the Capture the Falg format, is highly polished. the game is a challenge, but not enough of one to ruin it. The game pushes the limit of an E rating, having you explode into pieces when you get hit. Overall, gameplay gets a 10

Overall. This is one of the best Flash games EVER. PERIOD. You need to try this game. NOW. 10/10

Finally!

At last, someone manages to make a true pong game. No powerups, no complicated gameplay, just straight, good ol' pong. Thank you! Dylan Blue seal of approval

Cheat!

Press G to upgrade your gun

Suprisingly addicting

Concept: Make a hack and slash that isn't a button masher (gasp!) 10/10
Graphics: Kinda primitive, but it fits the game perfectly 9/10
Sound: Great effects and music make this one of the best sounding games ever 10/10
Gameplay: Fun and tactical. Using D to jump is kind of annoying though 9/10
Originality: The combat system really is interesting and original 10/10
Overall: This is a fun game for those who like something different.

Does anyone else smell that?
